I'm going on holiday, can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. (Please note we have a minimum of 3 months subscription length before cancelling).

Can I change the flavours?

You can change from nut-free to nuts included and vice versa.

When will I receive my subscription box?

The subscription starts on the day you placed an order through our website and then the following orders will be sent monthly to the same address.
